I’ve had a plethora of trials and tribulations in my life that helped me discover passion and purpose, learning multiple ways of negotiating with people places and things to accomplish some pretty spectacular things in both my personal life and professional careers. The notion of authenticity, ethical standards and vulnerability are/were key to those successes. After decades of experiments and exploration of how we work together better, those insights and skillset developed is perfect for you now.

A little bit of history will offer insight into my development and insatiable curiosity. My sister and I were both adopted young, four years apart. I spent decades peering into the depths of me in every way I could, seeking truth and the understanding of life with the wisdom to lead others well. The knowledge and wisdom garnered is certainly a unique combination of hard and soft skills. I’ve had a rich professional life across multiple industries as a result.

Decades later I understood that an ability to co-create our reality is within each of us. We just need a little help in discovering the fact and applying the science. I’ve tested the notions, the most evident in multi-million dollar construction project team building. It’s even worked with exceptional students as a high school teacher and coordinating large events with detailed logistics and patronage of 5,000 to 250,000. It’s not just theory and a crap shoot for me, and it doesn’t need to be for you, either.

That is were I come in as a business professional, cognitive scientist, facilitator / team builder and zealot for you. Be The Dream is a statement as much as a business name, it’s a lifestyle of transformational life coaching. It began as a production control coordinator in the aerospace industry at 27 years old, in charge of $7 million in commercial spares shipments monthly. I saw how dysfunctional the corporate culture was and wanted to do something about it; combining best practices in business, communication and personal development to increase comradery and productivity. Happy people get more work done with less supervision and will surpass expectations on a regular basis. I registered the business name in hopes of doing great work.

Today, after decades of development, transformational life coaching allows me to practice what I know about the constructs and influences in personal accomplishments, organizational effectiveness and relationships in general. I practice the principles and live the work so the notion of ‘advice‘ has deep roots of experience. Everyone has a dream or a goal they would like to accomplish. My greatest gift is your direct experience as the definitive proof in the process that removes the doubt in your ability to perform beyond your own expectations.

Life’s Puzzle Pieces – The Art and Science of Assembly

I’ve purposely engaged chaos with passion and purpose to find order and have some great insights and process to share through transformational life coaching. A deep knowing helps; knowing order resides within chaos and our ability to perceive it essential. De Bono’s hats also apply to life, not just organizational development. Bloom’s taxonomy and Maslow’s hierarchy fit the process, too. The Sante Fe Institute of Complexity has shed much light, too. Dots are still meandering around the thoughtmosphere, though.

Fractals are everywhere, evidence of order deeply embedded in Nature and US. I wonder if our focus on complexity looks beyond the simple notions of our design – to experience life; harmony within self, others and the world. Now, with quantum science and a little help from ‘people from elsewhere’ we have at least a cursory view of natural order across dimensions.

As complex as discovering our natural form, fit and function in the world (with aptitude, attitude and skillset) might be, it spans personal and professional realms in a very simplistic way. I love puzzles, questions and discovery. I invite your engagement with me.
