Business Plan Workbook with Excel Financials Workbook
Crafting a business plan is one of, if not the most, important things you will do for your business. The elements are essential for setting up your business for success. The Business Plan is not cast in concrete. It is a flexible document that allows adjustments for changes necessary for your business growth and survival. Click here for your copy of the workbook (comes with an integrated financials excel workbook).
Your Coach has taught business plan writing classes for post secondary and college-level students, including creating an online and on-ground curriculum. He worked with a micro-lending organization and facilitated business plan development as well as acquiring micro-loans for women and minority-owned small business. Over 200 micro-loans were made between $500 and $20,000 during his tenure.
If you aren’t sure just how to write a plan, we’ve developed a Business Plan Workbook that guides you through the process. The workbook can be printed out and convenient areas for information can be filled in, or you can use a separate document to develop your plan. The workbook is designed for start-up small businesses, though it can be highly useful for existing small businesses that do not have an existing business plan.
Seize the Moment – Develop Your Business Plan
Many are moving online with their businesses and need access to a network of other professionals. LinkedIn serves the market well. Your coach saw the need for creating a simple workbook to navigate the platform, published in 2014, which contains inherent philosophy and instructions for developing your presence on LinkedIn. The graphic user interface (GUI) has changed over the years, though the protocols have remained the same.
In developing your business, there will be certain costs and fees involved. Some are listed below, yet not inclusive of everything you may encounter in meeting the documentation, licenses, filing fees, etc..
State Trade Name Application – Filed with the Secretary of State office. (fees may vary, i.e. Arizona is $10)
State Corporation Commission – Company or Corporate Filings (fees vary, i.e. an LLC in Arizona is $50)
Federal Trademark Application – Registering your Company/Product/Service with the Federal Government (fees vary, i.e. general Trademark is $225)
Business Plan Curriculum in a Step-by-Step Workbook
As a business coach and consultant as well as business owner I know how important it is to have the right information at the right time. In the new millennium an unprecedented number of entrepreneurs are popping up, some with skills and some, well, not so much. Have a document or set of instructions to help you through the process is essential.
You’ll find a business plan workbook with a downloadable Excel financials workbook that has everything you’ll need to create your financials (loan sources require them) so that you are ultimately set up for success from a business plan perspective. You’d spend hundreds, perhaps thousands on developing or purchasing the spreadsheets alone. They are all integrated into the workbook and will cross-populate in appropriate areas so there is no confusion.
