Empower people to achieve self-actualization and interdependence with the world around them, including integrating business practices for local and global markets. Create self-sustaining local metro-area festivals with ‘harmony among people and planet’ theme to educate public on holistic systems and learning organization principles for integrating psychospiritual and scientific technologies for the new millennium.Purpose:Generate effective events and networking tools for connecting people, projects and resources important to sustainable living, through the education and use of psychospiritual and scientific technologies for best practices in community development. Engage people in a new living awareness of holistic (systems) thinking through edutainment presentations and festival environments – engage joyful learning.Goals:1) Research and foster relationships with Cultural Creatives™ throughout the Americas and the world. Develop relationships with event organizers, organizations and local business people in US metro areas for long-term involvement of an integrative holistic educational program and festival series.2) Develop multi-disciplined teams to facilitate development and delivery of information, services and technology. Create edu-festivals with the theme of ‘harmony among people and planet’ in US metro areas, integrating local producers and promoters to example collaborative management principles. 3) Create a network of pioneers in all essential fields for community development that act as advisors/facilitators for project management team. Incorporate local/national figures as advisory council in the development of affiliate not-for-profit groups in US metro areas. Objectives:1) Rally Cultural Creatives™ toward creating cooperative and collaborative multi-national teams to develop sustainable communities while implementing compatible components in existing communities. First steps are to organize network in US through face-to-face meetings and/or presentations regarding multi-phase deployment of deliverables.2) Develop a database of current and developing technologies designed to support responsible global expansion, fostering relationships centered in life-friendly activities toward people, planet and the cosmos. This database will serve as resource for collaboration, promotion and vendor base. 3) Construct a model for interaction based on interactive methodologies in communication. Model includes communication plan, festival template, organizational development, resource management and deliverables for participants and the local communities at large. 4) To restore compassion, humility and thoughtfulness in the development of our future society. Foster an attitude of 'Harmony Among People and Planet,' thus affecting the accountability and responsible action toward anthropic global development; a new world order of universal service to humans.
